I'm Casey Musick, and BeMORE Boot Camp started from something that's always been a core part of my life — health, fitness, and being part of a team. After playing multiple sports since the age of six and college basketball, I earned my degree in Exercise Science and knew I wanted to build something bigger than just workouts.

At the time, I was going to the gym by myself, and honestly, it wasn't fun — it lacked energy, accountability, and that team atmosphere I had always been used to. That's when it clicked: the real results come from structure, coaching, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

That's what led me to create BeMORE Boot Camp — a place where people can become more athletic, more fit, more committed, and more dedicated.

About The Team

At BeMORE Boot Camp, what truly sets us apart is our coaching team — Coach Tammy, Coach Jen, Coach Rachel, Coach Candy, Coach Kim, Coach Ree, and Coach Emily — all of whom are not just coaches, but graduates of the program themselves. They've been in the exact same position as our members, which means they understand the challenges, the setbacks, and what it takes to stay consistent and get real results. That experience allows them to coach with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.

Each coach brings high energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed, while creating a welcoming and motivating environment every single session. They don't just lead workouts — they build relationships, keep members accountable, and help push people beyond what they thought was possible.
